Feminist Life Coach and Organisational Process Facilitator

Shamillah Wilson

I am a feminist and social justice life coach. I support activists and leaders to navigate the internal (personal) and external complexities they face. My goal is to help my clients achieve fulfilment and wellbeing as they work to transform our world into a just one. Whether you are an entrepreneur, activist or changemaker, I am here to work with you to achieve greater fulfilment, freedom and success.

What you can expect working with me

I love what I do. I am passionate about unleashing the power and potential in myself and others.

My coaching, and leadership and organisational development, reflect my greatest passions – contributing to a just world and accompanying people on their journeys towards fulfilment. I draw on my own extensive experiences in social justice, leadership development, activism, social entrepreneurship, women’s rights and youth development.

I am curious about what it means to be in this world and how we can connect to a deep inner calling to live our lives with intention and achieve change, not only for the world but for ourselves. As I journey through life figuring this out, I am deeply guided by my politics of equity and justice, and my desire for personal joy, fulfilment and freedom. In other words, I believe we can have it all!

Working with me will help you achieve personal transformation, a new sense of wellbeing, and a plan to realise your goals.

Shamillah has helped me to believe that anything is possible. She helped me to see that (if) I am clear about what I want, and dedicate myself to that with consistency and commitment, then I could be content that I am doing what I need to for my life.

Resources for you

The social justice approach I follow provides a holistic coaching model that examines our complex realities and then taps into our resourcefulness in ways that can effect small (and sometimes big) changes-for-good internally and in the systems we experience. Each month we look at a different theme to explore together, and share thoughts and resources here.

This Month’s Theme is

Reflecting & Visioning Forward

#NewYearGoals #IntentionalLiving

Each day offers us a chance to express gratitude to the relationships that keep us going, the people who make up our communities, and the spaces we co-create. Gratitude for one another fuels our collective efforts toward social justice. Let’s commit to care, support, and uplift each other as we work towards a more equitable future.

“As we prepare to close out the year and plan for the next, let’s approach goal-setting through a lens of social justice and feminism. It’s crucial that our personal and professional goals reflect the values we hold dear—whether it’s advocating for equity in the workplace, supporting underrepresented voices, or taking action for systemic change.”
