Resources for you
The social justice approach I follow provides a holistic coaching model that examines our complex realities and then taps into our resourcefulness in ways that can effect small (and sometimes big) changes-for-good internally and in the systems we experience. Each month we look at a different theme to explore together, and share thoughts and resources to help us stay grounded in purpose and intentional in our activism.
This Month’s Theme
Radical Generosity: The Power of Collective Giving
Many of us learn pretty early that generosity is a way of being that sustains communities, and isn’t just an act of charity. Our ancestors knew that generosity was never about excess, it was about survival, dignity, and belonging. Ubuntu reminds us: I am because we are.
Collective giving is powerful
Across South Africa, stokvels have long been a way for communities to pool resources, whether for groceries, school fees, or emergencies. These collective savings groups are more than financial tools; they’re acts of trust, solidarity, and resilience. Around the world, we see similar practices: rotating credit associations in West Africa and mutual aid funds everywhere.
What collective giving practices have you been part of, or witnessed, that inspire you?

Free eBook: Embracing Our Emotions
This guide is for change-makers in a world that sees feelings as a flaw. Inspired by Audre Lorde’s wisdom that ‘our feelings are our most genuine paths to knowledge,’ this resource reframes emotions like rage, grief, joy and fear as vital tools for resilience and resistance.
It includes personal narratives, reflective exercises and practical resources to help you honour your emotional world. Healing ourselves and changing the world are linked.
What you can expect working with me
I love what I do. I am passionate about unleashing the power and potential in myself and others.
My coaching, and leadership and organisational development, reflect my greatest passions – contributing to a just world and accompanying people on their journeys towards fulfilment. I draw on my own extensive experiences in social justice, leadership development, activism, social entrepreneurship, women’s rights and youth development.
I am curious about what it means to be in this world and how we can connect to a deep inner calling to live our lives with intention and achieve change, not only for the world but for ourselves. As I journey through life figuring this out, I am deeply guided by my politics of equity and justice, and my desire for personal joy, fulfilment and freedom. In other words, I believe we can have it all!
Working with me will help you achieve personal transformation, a new sense of wellbeing, and a plan to realise your goals.
