What you can expect working with me
I love what I do. I am passionate about unleashing the power and potential in myself and others.
My coaching, and leadership and organisational development, reflect my greatest passions – contributing to a just world and accompanying people on their journeys towards fulfilment. I draw on my own extensive experiences in social justice, leadership development, activism, social entrepreneurship, women’s rights and youth development.
I am curious about what it means to be in this world and how we can connect to a deep inner calling to live our lives with intention and achieve change, not only for the world but for ourselves. As I journey through life figuring this out, I am deeply guided by my politics of equity and justice, and my desire for personal joy, fulfilment and freedom. In other words, I believe we can have it all!
Working with me will help you achieve personal transformation, a new sense of wellbeing, and a plan to realise your goals.

Resources for you
The social justice approach I follow provides a holistic coaching model that examines our complex realities and then taps into our resourcefulness in ways that can effect small (and sometimes big) changes-for-good internally and in the systems we experience. Each month we look at a different theme to explore together, and share thoughts and resources here.

“As we prepare to close out the year and plan for the next, let’s approach goal-setting through a lens of social justice and feminism. It’s crucial that our personal and professional goals reflect the values we hold dear—whether it’s advocating for equity in the workplace, supporting underrepresented voices, or taking action for systemic change.”
